Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admission Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. Reporting directly to the Director of Enrollment Management, you will play a crucial role in achieving our school's enrollment goals. As a key player on our fast paced admission team, you will manage our databases, support our marketing efforts, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective families.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Database management

  • Oversee all aspects of the School’s admission office database, Blackbaud OnBoard, ensuring excellent data health.

  • Track and advance applicants through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment.

  • Ensure smooth data transitions between the school’s marketing CRM, Sharpspring, and OnBoard.

  • Manage the creation, communication, and distribution of enrollment contracts.

  • Create, maintain, and share statistics, progress reports and queries.

  • Assist families with the use of myBerwick and OnBoard.

Lead Management and Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the admission team to create and manage workflows and drip campaigns in Sharpspring.

  • Track and share data demonstrating the effectiveness of inbound marketing strategies.

  • Create and deploy applicant surveys using the platform Qualtrics.

  • Interface with prospective families and support the team in outreach to families from inquiry to enrollment.

Office Management

  • Manage all admission office mailings and supplies.

  • Greet all prospective families as they arrive for their visits to campus.

  • Build and send weekly Admission Visit emails to the internal community.

  • Support and assist with all admission events.

  • Create, track, and distribute post-enrollment forms in OnBoard.

  • Act as the PDSO for SEVIS and manage international student I-20s.

  • Assist with tracking and follow-up of outstanding enrollment contracts.
     

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree is required.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in database management is required.

- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.

- Outstanding customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail will set you apart.

- Proficiency with Google Suite and database experience are vital.

- Experience with marketing automation tools.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, showcasing flexibility, self-initiative, a sense of humor, and an innovative spirit.
