Berwick Academy seeks a lighting designer to support our three student  theater productions annually. This role involves collaborating closely with directors and design teams to develop and implement a cohesive lighting vision. Responsibilities include planning and programming lights, setting up and adjusting equipment, attending rehearsals, and fixing technical issues.  The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, creative insight, and a collaborative spirit to support dynamic student performances in a safe and professional environment.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates will have demonstrated theatrical technical design and work experience

• Experience working with either or both middle school and upper school students in a teaching, coaching or administrative capacity is preferred
