Berwick Academy, a PK-12 coeducational day school located in Southern Maine seeks a History teacher to join our Upper School Faculty. Ideal candidates would have experience teaching world civilization, European history and non-western history.  As a member of the Upper School Faculty, candidates can expect to teach four classes, serve as an advisor and coach two seasons of sports, or equivalent afternoon responsibilities. A qualified candidate will show strong evidence of exceptional teaching and a keen understanding of the developmental needs of high school students. A collaborative teaching approach and instructional leadership skills among peers are also hallmarks of a successful candidate.  This position begins in the 2018-19 academic year.
